Vector Art 3D Machinist

VA3D-Machinist is a powerful but easy to use software solution for carving our 3D Clip Art models on your CNC. It is a fully functional program and allows you take any of the files in our "V3M" file format and in just a few minutes scale and position the model and create toolpaths to efficiently carve them on your CNC machine.

This is not a trial version, as it works only with our models Vectric Ltd. and Vector Art 3D have collaborated to allow you to download the FULL version for FREE. Below you can request a download for the software, download free test models and click on the link to watch the tutorial videos.

Vector Art 3D V3M Models - Free!

Download our 4 free models in all 3 of our styles - A raised, B - Dished and C. Use these models to cut some samples to show customers or to verify the compatibility of the software with yout CNC machine. Each of these models is subject to our standard License Agreement. The models will be downloaded in a zipped format so will need to be unzipped before they can be used.

Cut 3D

If you require the ability to machine more than just our V3M format (such as STL, OBJ etc.) then you can look at Vectric's Cut3D this software includes all the functionality of 3D Machinist and also adds the ability to create tabs to hold the part in place, efficient Z level roughing and the ability to Slice the model in Z to allow you to make thick parts in multiple easy to cut pieces.
